South Central PAs leading food service professionals, Altland House Hospitality Group, is now interviewing for the Sous Chefposition for one of our larger properties, The Lodge, located on Liberty Forge Golf Course in Mechanicsburg, PA.
The Lodge at Liberty Forge specializes in weddings and corporate events.
Candidate would also be responsible for helping to oversee the kitchen operations for Sand Trap Grill and Creekside Grill.

Hours: 45-50 hrs/week
This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position. Must work 5 days out of every 7-day work-week to avoid deductions in pay.
