Job Description:

The Supply Chain Analyst will work across AmerCareRoyal business units responsible for conducting data analysis, reporting, and modeling to support supply chain strategy and operations. This individual will be responsible for a range of innovative analysis and reporting. The Supply Chain Analyst will focus on developing data driven solutions to complex problems, as well as identify underperforming areas in the supply chain and recommend improvements or resolutions to problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Reporting and Analysis

Partner with teams within the Operations organization - Procurement, SC Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Customer Service to deliver comprehensive and timely reporting and analysis
Assist in developing and managing inventory, quality, cost and other assigned Dashboards and Reports (monthly / weekly)
Provide insights, data visualization and conduct data gap analysis
Execution and maintenance of repeatable processes that generate supply chain Dashboards
Extract, manipulate and analyze data from various sources to influence and support Operational strategies.
Build and maintain queries using PowerBI to enhance visibility and reporting tools
Participate in special projects and assignments, as required
Consolidate global procurement data and ensure accuracy and transparency of supplier spend.
Communicate market intelligence and macro trends for relevant commodities, inclusive of pulp & paper, polymers etc.
Compile and provide data sourcing and supply chain leadership in support of strategic sourcing events (RFI, RFP etc.)


Contract Administration and Performance Management

Track metrics and support contract performance reviews through data and analytics (Business reviews, Contract compliance etc.)
Assist with supplier contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy
Support strategic sourcing events through the creation, administration, and execution of the RFQ and RFP process.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years' experience working in a Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement organization
Strong analytical, financial, and data acumen with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
Developed problem solving skills
Strong communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel is required (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis/manipulation) - Power BI experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
International logistics experience/exposure is a plus
Strong organizational/managerial skills with proven capability of handling multiple projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing demands
