Works as directed in a safe and efficient manner per industry standards and regulations.Meets with Foreman to go over specific job requirements.Knows the system thoroughly, including details, application and processes.Takes periodic inventory of materials during construction and notifies foreman, with enough lead time to make a make-up order.Communicates effectively with Foreman.Consults with Foreman on issues with crew members concerning issues of misbehavior or other inappropriate behavior that could compromise safety, or the integrity of others employees and Kodiak.Ensures proper care when in the use of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety practices.Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
