POSITION STATUS: Full-Time (FT)
POSITION SUMMARY:Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants that want to work in an outpatient child and adolescent setting for adult, child, and Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) services. Applicants must be out-going, like working with the public, and welcome BCIs clients cheerfully while providing superior customer service. Must have the ability to multi-task and remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure to ensure that each client walks away having had a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.

The Access Specialist is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting clients and other visitors, answering phones, and handling company inquiries. The Access Specialist demonstrates excellent customer service skills and has patience when dealing with difficult situations. The Access Specialist obtains client information and ensures that all information collected is accurate, which includes entering the information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in a timely manner and updating established clients information as needed. Access Specialist schedule and verify routine client appointments, reschedule appointments as necessary, notify clients of previous balances, run daily schedules, and schedules return appointments as necessary. The Access Specialist maintains strict client confidentiality, assists with all filing as needed, collects payment with cash or processes credit card payments for services and provides receipts. The Access Specialist balances / reconciles their cash drawer daily.
New associates receive training, mentoring, and coaching throughout the on-boarding process.
