What you will be doing:


  • Oversee/review new and renewal business transactions for accuracy and provide recommendation on creditworthiness and risks associated with parties to the deal and collateral holders specifically for Insurance Company financial strength, third-party bank strength, and overall brokerage account investment strength. 


  • Review and provide collateral assessment values for existing collateral holders across the portfolio. Analyze and compare existing exposure to financial strength of collateral holders.


  • Advanced excel skills to assist with monthly and quarterly corporate reporting for the Wintrust Life division. Understand macros and problem solving to report accurate date from various systems.


  • Manage weekly risk rating reviews across portfolio and calculate portfolio loan positions for accuracy to provide recommendation on exit timing regarding past due loans or default loans.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience


  • Advanced Excel skills required
