This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Customer Experience team that's using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Senior Associate, Product Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Languages team reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will support projects across Hilton's digital space that enhance our in-language customer experience.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Attend daily standups to represent the language and localization initiative. Summarize takeaways and action items to the team.
  • Advocate for a Languages First approach and maintain alignment across our digital teams Identify opportunities in the web and mobile space to enhance the in-language guest experience.
  • Write top-notch technical requirements and ensure technical teams are in lockstep with them.
  • Seamlessly adapt and support changes in schedule and scope.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build trusted working relationships across Hilton, including working with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with design teams, development teams, and other key functions using established tools (e.g. Jira, Figma) and other product coordination/communications.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, and endless curiosity to collaborate with the team.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Identify new opportunities to improve the in-language experience for guests visiting our web and mobile app channels.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • Three (3) years of professional experience in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience writing detailed, customer-centric user stories for web or mobile applications
  • Experience using research and data to help guide a product roadmap
  • Travel between 10 - 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience working with global teams or in a multi-cultured environment
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and/or Figma
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
