We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join our team. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Experience with social services in a healthcare setting, preferably in LTC.


• Compassion for an underserved population


• Excellent communication and written skills


• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software

Your day to day:

You'll assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility's social service programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, as well as our established policies and procedures, to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
