Job Description:

Our team is looking for a Senior Accountant with a robust aptitude for revenue cycle management and receivables optimization. We appreciate meticulous oversight and proactive management to maintain financial health and compliance. What we’re looking for:


  • Strong understanding of GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. Ability to apply guidance to complex accounting transactions as circumstances present themselves.


  • Experience preparing technical memos and other documentation supporting accounting positions.


  • Proven experience accounting for revenue transactions including but not limited to reconciling cash receipts to bank records, validating shipping information with revenue reports, and accounting for customer vouchers and billing adjustments. 


  • Excellent analytical skills for financial data review and reporting.


  • Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data that flows to the general ledger.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and power pivot, and familiarity with NetSuite.

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,000-$115,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.​

What you’ll do:


  • Revenue reporting and reconciliations of related balance sheet accounts.


  • Collaborate with AR shared services team to ensure accurate reporting over receivables


  • Drive the month-end close process with an emphasis on revenue and receivables.


  • Prepare documentation supporting revenue recognition policies.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of revenue reporting and related balance sheet accounts.


  • Efficiency in month-end closing processes and reconciliations.


  • Strong stakeholder communication and project management.
