What you'll do:






  • Advanced Power BI Development: Lead the design and development of innovative Power BI solutions for complex business intelligence challenges.


  • Modeling Excellence: Pioneer advanced PBI Semantic Models utilizing cutting-edge modeling strategies and methodologies to handle large-scale data efficiently.


  • Expert Data Manipulation: Master the use of Power Query and M language for sophisticated data transformations and manipulation.


  • Advanced DAX Programming: Craft complex DAX measures for nuanced fact calculations, enabling powerful and efficient data visualization in Power BI.


  • Performance Optimization: Strategize and optimize tabular models and Power BI report performances, ensuring scalability and speed.


  • Visualization Standards: Set and enforce high standards for developed visualizations, ensuring adherence to company branding and design principles.


  • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor, a team of engineers, conducting code reviews and leading design discussions to ensure engineering best practices.


  • Software Craftsmanship: Consistently produce high-quality software with a focus on unit testing, regular code reviews, and continuous integration.


  • Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and presentations to clearly communicate architectural decisions and design options.


  • Environment Management: Oversee multiple production and non-production environments, ensuring alignment with engineering standards.


  • Engineering Advocacy: Promote and enforce technical standards across the organization to achieve concrete outcomes and drive engineering excellence.


  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the discovery phase of major projects, ensuring the design aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
