JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience to all applicants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Take ownership of candidate experience.
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
Perform reference checks as needed if necessary.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Manage onboarding and new hire process.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, major in business related field or human resources preferred.
2+ recent years of experience in a recruitment role. Functional knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS strongly preferred.
Efficient in Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of labor and employment laws, and EEOC requirements highly preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication (i.e., phone calls, emails, etc.) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with hiring managers.
Unquestionable integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
