Job Responsibilities

Machine Tool Instructor provides leadership, management, planning and coordination of instruction for students, student advisement, recruiting, marketing and the provision of services to the College and community in a professional manner. Includes curriculum and instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Faculty teaching associate degree courses not designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree requires bachelor's degree in teaching discipline, or associate's degree (in related technological field.

Preferred Qualifications

Teaching experience at two-year college level preferred. Five years industrial experience using CNC equipment (HAAS/SIEMENS controllers preferred), CMM operations & programming (ZEISS/B&S CMM & Calypso software preferred). MTT degree preferred) & demonstrated competencies in teaching discipline preferred.
