Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of mechanical systems and associated materials and equipment within the mechanical construction industry.
Employee will dismantle equipment when required for repair and transportation and reassemble it at the appropriate time.
Employee will move equipment to appropriate site for repair and maintenance to avoid contamination or workplace safety hazards.
Employee will align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation.
Employee will create solid foundations for machines on-site
Employee will follow a problem to the source and solve the issue.
Perform all tasks with general supervision, be able to read blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to construction equipment and machinery.
Employee will lift heavy objects, physically manipulate objects will need strength.
Employee will travel to construction sites (sometimes multiple sites per day) to meet project-based needs.
