Our client, a real estate investment trust company located northwest of Boston, is seeking a temporary Leasing Specialist to join the team. This role is Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm and pays $20 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Assist managers with various tasks, including project setup, tracking, and document creation.
Review and understand customer requirements to create and submit applications through online systems.
Coordinate the assembly and delivery/uploading of customer documents and project deliverables.
Track and follow up on project-related items with internal teams, such as permits, zoning documentation, and compliance clearances.
Support team members in processing applications through transactional components, including lease drafts and quality control reviews.
Input project-related administrative data into tracking systems and ensure accuracy of information.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Familiarity with interpreting various types of documents, including legal agreements, is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
Demonstrated experience in project management with a focus on data integrity and process improvement is preferred.
Prior experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and individuals.
Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
