Our client, a well-established law firm in the north Buckhead area, is seeking a Billing Specialist with at least two years of law firm billing experience for a permanent, direct-hire position.
Billing Specialist will be responsible for:
Reviewing pre-bills and working with attorneys and legal assistants on edits, ensuring that final bills are accurate
Preparing client bills
Submitting, processing and tracking e-bills, occasionally paper; resolving billing issues
Setting up specialized client billing requirements
Assisting with special projects
To be considered, Billing Specialist candidates must have a minimum of two years of billing experience in a law firm. Solid technical skills including MS Word, Excel and a legal billing platform required.
