You will create and direct NuCO2's Human Capital Strategy
You will supervise Human Resource Business Partners, Generalists, Recruiters, Benefits Specialist, HR Coordinator, and Payroll Administrator
Create organization's strategic recruitment, selection and talent development and retention plan
Create organization's strategic training and human capital development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of employees
You will oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive compensation levels
You will direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health and welfare, retirement, life insurance, disability and unemployment
Responsible for the administration and coordination of employee and labor relation issues
Oversee organizational compliance of federal, state and local labor and employment, wage and hour laws and regulations
Direct the medical case management of organization's workers compensation program
Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to maintain or improve human capital data management, including payroll
Also, you will recommend and establish organization's policies and procedures
You will also develop and manage annual budgets for human capital, health and welfare and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses
Evaluate organizational culture and be a leader of change management to accomplish company goals and objectives
Work with senior managers and corporate staff to develop business plans for the organization
Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
Develop and mentor Human Resources Staff
You will manage annual Human Resources budget
What makes you great
You will have a Bachelor's Degree in business Management or Human Resources preferred
Further, you will have a minimum of ten years progressive experience in various Management roles, including at least five years of experience in a Senior Human Resource Management
You will also have a minimum of five years of experience in progressively more responsible supervisory or management roles
Ability to travel 25% - 50% for employee interactions and ability to effectively respond to internal and external inquiries or concerns from senior management, employees, customers and/or members of the business
You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
Ability to motivate and energize team to meet performance expectations
Proficient computer skills to include: MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
A PHR or SPHR certification is preferred

As a Vice President you will be eligible for variable compensation and long term incentives
This position reports directly to the President of NuCO2 and will be part of the NuCO2 Executive leadership team
