Position Summary
Researches, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains systems that affect critical system components for the business and/or stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Print/Document Telecommunications Production Control Data Center/Operations Service Desk Client Services

This opportunity is for an Associate IT Technician/IT Technician and will focus on:
Front line access and account management support for 6,000+ Employees and 13,000+ Agents/CSR's.
Provisioning and de-provisioning account process knowledge and audit experience.
Critical for providing, maintaining, and removing access for the entire organization and agency force.
Researches, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains processes that provide timely access and immediate termination of access.
