Your new role
As a commercial superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as cold storage facilities, automotive buildings, and industrial tilt wall buildings. You will manage the project team, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality and safety standards, and deliver the project on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful commercial superintendent, you should have:
Project experience in cold storage, tilt wall, or automotive over $7 Million
At least 5 years of experience in supervising construction projects
Knowledge of local codes and regulations for commercial construction
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
