About the Role

En este rol, trabajará en un entorno energizado y de ritmo rápido donde trabajará con compañeros para preparar y mover mercancía de acuerdo con los estándares de seguridad, producción y precisión establecidos y las pautas de empleo. Serás Cliente Curioso a medida que mantengas y verifiques la documentación para facilitar el flujo de mercancía a través del Centro de Distribución para entregar productos sobresalientes a nuestros clientes.

What You'll Do

• Realizar funciones de ticketing, stock, picking, packing, counting, loading, and unloading, housekeeping y safety


• Garantice la coherencia en la calidad de su trabajo mientras cumple con las métricas de rendimiento en las áreas de trabajo asignadas mientras crea una experiencia positiva para el cliente


• Colaborar con los líderes / miembros del equipo a través de comentarios constructivos para apoyar las mejoras de procesos y la reducción de costos


• Trabaja bajo supervisión directa y sigue los procedimientos operativos estándar para realizar las tareasasignadas


• Capacidad para trabajar en varios departamentos según lo asignado al cumplir con las métricas de rendimiento

Who You Are

• Levante, lleve, empuje, tire, alcance, agarre, doble y apile cajas de cartón durante un máximo de 12 horas a la vez y capacidad para pararse durante largos períodos de tiempo y caminar continuamente


• Es posible que se requiera que los asociados se muevan hasta 50 libras (el rango puede variar según la asignación de trabajo)


• Capacidad para trabajar en un horario que incluye noches, fines de semana y días festivos


• Usar habilidades básicas de recopilación de información para resolver problemas

Hourly Range: $15.90 - $19.90 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
