The Judge Group is seeking a Plant Manager for a manufacturing company located in Royersford, PA


Title: Plant Manager


Location: Royersford, PA


Salary: $140,000 - $160,000


Responsibilities:


•Uphold company values and comply with all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements, policies, and procedures.


•Guide the resolution of technical and production-related issues to ensure the completion of weekly schedules that surpass Company and Customer expectations.


•Develop effective staffing strategies to meet performance needs, including balancing full-time and flexible staffing options.


•Oversee the alignment of product or line(s) with the master production schedule and material planning to achieve production targets.


•Monitor plant-wide performance metrics, ensure goals are achieved, and develop/implement corrective/preventive actions or recovery plans as needed.


•Build and maintain direct relationships with customers to better comprehend the customer's perspective. Participate in customer business reviews and generate necessary action plans to deliver exceptional customer service results.


•Ensure the closure of work orders in Oracle and the accuracy of data.


•Foster a workforce culture that promotes a safe work environment and a self-directed team approach. This includes setting yearly strategic safety initiatives and facilitating the tactical execution of these initiatives.


•Identify, organize, and/or provide training to ensure a safe, efficient, quality work environment with a focus on continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles.


•Facilitate communication, coordination, and conflict resolution within and among work groups.


•Provide leadership to managers and supervisors in all areas, including hiring, performance management, coaching, counseling, and corrective actions.


•Develop and monitor budgetary guidelines and spending levels to ensure cost-effective operation.


•Prepare and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets.


•Foster an environment of diversity, open communication, and trust, providing opportunities for training and growth.


•Remain adaptable to the needs of the business and perform other functions as necessary.


Qualifications:


•Bachelors Degree preferred


•7+ years of experience


•Six Sigma


•Strong background in metals manufacturing preferred
