Job Description:

Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a food manufacturer in the Fleetwood Area looking for an Operations Manager for their team. This role is more of Production Manager overseeing a small team and reporting to the Plant Manager.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee team of production supervisors across 3 shifts including sanitation


• Manage production processes to make sure product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all associates


• Collaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse, engineering, maintenance, and HR


• Constantly work for ways to improve processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficiencies


• Daily, weekly, monthly report out to senior leadership on KPIs and targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred


• Previous food or beverage manufacturing management experience


• Previous production management experience
