Description: Our client, a pivotal organization in the health insurance marketplace, is on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Developer to enrich their team. This role is a cornerstone for the development, design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of software application programs, operating systems, and databases, focusing on Angular, JavaScript, Java, and SQL. This job will have the following responsibilities:
Deliver technical solutions based on product team requirements and participate in identifying non-functional requirements to support the product roadmap.
Tackle technical debt, identifying and developing effective solutions.
Set best practices for technical implementation and coding standards, implementing these standards within the team.
Engage in system design, modification, and documentation, ensuring solutions meet user requirements.
Contribute to all phases of software development, from design and development to testing, debugging, implementation, and maintenance.
Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and manufacturing specialists to drive product innovation and market reach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education and/or Certification Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience in application and software systems development, with strong skills in SQL, Angular 8.3.6, SQL/PLSQL, and Java.
Management Requirement: Experience working within Agile teams; DevSecOps preferred.
Process Oversight Requirement: Proficiency in developing solutions on cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS/Cloud experience. Experience with MuleSoft preferred.
Specific Skills Requirement: Strong knowledge of full stack development, cloud-based architecture, and containerized architecture (e.g., Docker). Understanding of software testing and evaluation procedures.
Additional Requirements: Familiarity with the healthcare and/or insurance industries is a plus.
