Duties


• AIA Billing


• AR unconditional waivers


• Invoice creation


• Billing projects on a weekly and monthly status


• Entering credit card payments


• Work-in-progress (WIP) billing


• Payment posting


• Reconciling change orders


• Aging review


• Pay applications


Qualifications


• 2+ years of AR experience within the construction industry with at least 1 year of experience with AIA billing


• Strong Excel skills


• Must have excellent attention to detail


• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
