Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing mail, maintaining office cleanliness, and addressing workplace support needs. About the Job:


  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless connection with their hosts.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace support needs, promptly addressing employee inquiries and issues.

  • Oversee essential office programs such as supplies, snacks, and access control, continuously seeking improvements.

  • Research and propose solution-oriented suggestions for various workplace requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

About You:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and a visual-oriented approach to detail.

  • Display a proactive desire to lead workplace improvements and processes.

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a sense of urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

  • Pays $20/hr-$22/hr

  • Temporary lasting a minimum of 6 months.

  • Flexible schedule; Ideally 7:30am-12:00pm.

  • Part-time working 20-30 hours per week.

  • 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
