Role reports to: Head of Quality Process & Strategy

Location: Skillman, NJ, (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.), Singapore or Zug, Switzerland.

Travel %: 10 %

Pay: $113,000 to $195,500

What you will do

The Change Control Global Process Owner is responsible for key global contact for the Change Control Quality Systems within Kenvue. This individual is responsible for the simplification, standardization, and compliance of this process. To have one Kenvue process, it is the objective of this role to develop, deploy and maintain a process that meets compliance requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, supports successful achievement of Kenvue OKRs, and is consistent in all manufacturing sites, marketing companies, distribution centres and other Kenvue facilities.

The GPO works closely with the GPO Leader to establish a set of KPIs that are relevant to the specific process (including both compliance and business enabling metrics) to continuously evaluate the health of the process. It is the responsibility of the GPO to identify and deploy areas of improvement to the process, and work with cross-functional and regional/local partners to implement. This includes adaption of the process to emerging requirements or in response to audit observations, if necessary.

This individual also works closely with the global Quality Systems team to ensure execution of the process successfully at a global level. And further, the GPO collaborates with the relevant data and technology teams to digitize the necessary elements of the process to make it easier to execute the process and draw the necessary insights for improvement.

Key Responsibilities


  • Process ownership.
  • Act as the single global contact for the assigned compliance process within Kenvue.
  • Ensure the standardization of a process that meets the necessary compliance requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, and also meets the necessary business objectives to successfully deliver against Kenvue OKRs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional QHS partners to ensure standardization.
  • Continuously monitor the process through KPIs to evaluate its compliance and business health.
  • Identify and implement changes to the process based on emerging requirements and process improvement.
  • Influencing and change management. This role works closely with regional and cross-functional partners, with a change mindset. The organization must be able to balance a rapid pace of implementing transformational change, with the requirement to ensure compliance across all countries where Kenvue operates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional partners. Open and constructive communication is required.
  • Compliance mindset, to ensure systems are correctly executed at a global level.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and dietary supplements.
  • Experience in Health Authority inspections.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, life sciences, engineering, or related field is required.
  • Requires 8-10 Years Work Experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics or similarly regulated field is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional partners is required.
  • Compliance mindset, to ensure systems are correctly executed at a global level is required.
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and written) is required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and dietary supplements is required.
  • Experience in Health Authority inspections is required.


Desired Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD is preferred.
