As the guardian and hero of our beloved game, you will be in a crucial role in driving production excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality experiences for our players.

We are seeking an experienced Game Producer to join our Overwatch team, specializing in Live Operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of game-ready assets for Overwatch. We are looking for individuals who possess outstanding production skills, excel in organization, possess outstanding communication abilities, thrive in managing schedules for sophisticated projects, and has experience leading a team. As a Game Producer, you will have a keen focus on the Live Operations production in game development and a passion for the amazing Overwatch universe.

This position is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

What you bring to the table:

• Support live game operations, including updates, patches, and service maintenance.


• Help manage the security audit process for content releases.


• Coordinate security roles and permissions for the Overwatch team and partners.


• Assist in deploying marketing and configuration data, while providing backup for Content Operations Specialists.


• Connect with leadership, triage live issues, and ensure alignment across teams and regions for game service plans.

• Experience working with engineers and cross-functional game teams.


• Good understanding of what it takes to build, track, and maintain schedules, and to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.


• Ability to plan ahead, think creatively, identify issues/roadblocks, and develop plans to prevent or minimize their impact on production.


• Skill to communicate effectively, accurately, and succinctly with key collaborators and the team at large.


• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive towards transparency, strong collaborative problem solver.

• Experience with online games.


• Experience with console publishing and submission processes.


• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable applications


• Strong familiarity with Overwatch and its recent updates

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
