Day in the life of Commissary Supervisor:
We are seeking a dedicated Commissary Supervisor to oversee the operations of our commissary department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while upholding strict food safety and quality standards. Your duties will include supervising and coaching the commissary team, coordinating food production schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to prepare, cook, and package food within budgetary constraints.
