Our flagship property, Hilton McLean , is looking to add a Group Coordinator to their Sales team.

This well known, high profile property is located directly adjacent to Hilton's headquarters in the bustling area of Tyson's Corner in McLean, Virginia. The beautiful 458 room property, boasts over 27,000 square feet of elegant meeting space and two food and beverage outlets.

Shift Pattern:Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm - flexibility required based on business needs

What will I be doing?:

A group rooms coordinator processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. More specifically:

• Acts as the primary point of contact for client rooming needs for definitegroup business
• Responsible for all the building of room blocks, as well as the input of all rooming lists
• Handlesall special reservation requests for individuals and groups.
• Processes group reservation request calls and emails as appropriate, assists internal and external customers
• Provides clerical support and assistance to management
• Demonstrates a strong knowledge ofthe Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Provides support to our Finance department after group departure
• Utilizesseveral Hilton systems including OnQ PM, ONQ RNI and Delphi FDC
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks as needed, special projects as needed
