Who you are
You have a minimum BSCS or equivalent technical degree
You are a seasoned Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in data technologies, movement, transformation, architecture, and modeling.
You have strong experience in on-prem MS SQL Server, hybrid, and cloud data engineering.
You can write T-SQL and Python code in your sleep!
You understand and can maintain SSIS packages written in C#, SSAS OLAP multidimensional cubes with MDX, SSRS mobile and paginated reports
You are familiar with SSAS tabular model, DAX, and Power BI development (or similar)
You are not afraid to own a project, dive into any task, or lend a hand wherever needed.
You have excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data engineering skills.
You are a team player with fluid and open communication styles.
You are a life-long learner with a growth-mindset and appetite for new technology.

What you'll do
You'll help to manage and maintain Azure Data, Microsoft Fabric & on-prem MS SQL Server environments.
You'll design, develop, and maintain entire ETL & ELT processes, data pipelines, data flows and data objects in MS SQL Server, Azure Data and Microsoft Fabric.
You'll understand and develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python scripts.
You'll understand and develop SSIS packages using C#.
You'll troubleshoot and fix production issues.
You'll provide help, service, and support to all end-users of our products.
You'll gather requirements, build specifications, architect solutions, communicate effectively, and take ownership of projects and tasks.
You'll create and update concise, accurate and clear documentation of data diagrams, data flows, data models, data dictionaries, and processes.
You'll maintain legacy SSRS reports and SSAS OLAP multidimensional cubes. You'll continuously learn and grow your professional and technical skills.
You'll explore new technologies such as AI & machine learning.
You'll proficiently use data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
You'll help achieve the highest standards and best practices in data quality, performance and support.

We are prioritizing local candidates with the desire and ability to work either on-premises or hybrid remote schedules depending on their level of experience. Remote candidates must have the ability to travel to our Farmington, UT facility when needed.
