Infosys is seeking an Agile Product Lead.
This position's primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team; The chosen candidate will work with business teams and help them prioritize roadmap to increase Agility. The role holder should help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. The role holder should be able to create status reports and provide status updates to the stake holders on a weekly basis. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations..

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.


• Experience in Financial Services Industry as a Business Analyst/Product Lead.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design /detailing of processes.


• At least 4 years of experience in Agile Product Management Skills .


• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.


• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.


• At least 2 years of experience in Banking domain.


• Agile Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent) is a must.


• Experience in Agile and validation tools like Rally/JIRA, Hive, RIT.


• Good Analytical and Communication skills.


• Planning and Co-ordination skills.


• Experience with project management.


• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.


• Ability to understand customer needs and translate those needs into prioritized features for execution.


• Excellent communications skills required to gain alignment, and influence priorities.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
