Join the Signal & Embedded Technologies team, which focuses on developing signal processing capabilities on mobile platforms for intelligence and surveillance applications.
Objectives of this Role:
Apply passions and interests in software defined radio, machine learning, or signal processing to the execution of complex research and development applications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of engineers and software developers to solve challenging signal processing problems.
Serve the team by developing next generation solutions and advancing in development, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Apply engineering principles and knowledge of programming languages to develop software solutions.
Observe and assist in the design, development, testing, maintenance, and deployment of software capabilities for applications in specialized radio communication, radiolocation, and electronic warfare programs.
Work with engineering team to develop innovative solutions for automatic interception and geolocation of communication and electronic signals, to include the application of machine learning techniques.
Assist with research objectives and efforts focused on developing enabling technologies that can be deployed to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering.
0-5 years: Elective coursework or internships with focus on computer engineering, software applications, digital communications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, signal processing, image processing, or signals & systems.
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
Special Requirements:
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
