Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical approach, resources, schedule, budget and equipment required for testing and evaluating complex electrical systems and subsystems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field combined with 10 + years of relevant work experience; or Master's Degree combined with 8 + years of relevant work experience.
Secret Clearance
Demonstrated use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories
Experience using standard benchtop test equipment for design verification testing and debugging circuit card assemblies
Experience using, designing, analyzing, and maintaining Automated Test Equipment
Excellent in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent in multi-tasking
Demonstrated awareness of business objectives and Engineering's role in achieving them
Expert-level understanding of the organizationally defined electrical processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project
Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects
Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas
Experienced in the art of negotiation with ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
