Our client, an event services organization, is actively seeking a dynamic, creative, and people-focused professional to join their sales team! The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who can easily build impactful professional relationships. Vibrant communication skills are a must!
About You:
1+ year of hospitality, event, or sales experience (internships count!).
Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to connect with others quickly, maintain relationships, and serve as a trusted resource to clients.
Self-motivated work ethic with experience independently meeting metrics and goals.
Team-player attitude who can collaborate effectively with others.
Exceptional multitasking abilities with a penchant for creative problem-solving.
The Job:
Build relationships with associated businesses in the events industry, including event spaces, catering businesses, entertainment groups, and florists.
Reach out to warm leads via phone and email, conduct discovery calls, and attend site meetings as needed.
Maintain, manage, and update client records in CRM.
Educate the client base on product offerings, positioning solutions specific to their needs.
Maintain relationships with standing clients to upsell products, answer questions, and provide insight into the event market.
Work with a team of event coordinators to proactively solve problems, liaise with clients, and provide product insight.
This contract-to-hire position pays $21/hour and up to $45,000 annually when permanent, in addition to commission and bonuses. This position will work on a hybrid basis out of the organization's Morrisville office.
