Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit, is seeking a Corporate Giving Coordinator to support the Development team and spearhead Corporate Giving initiatives. With 2+ years of hands-on corporate giving experience and a determined attitude, you will manage day-to-day outreach to increase corporate giving, and maintain relationships with current donors. About the Job:


  • Lead corporate giving programs through prospecting, pitching, and stewarding current and prospective donors, to secure sponsorships for a variety of initiatives and events.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure fulfillment of sponsorship benefits and deliverables.

  • Provide event planning support by creating sponsorship levels, opportunities, and related materials.

  • Conduct research and develop and execute outreach and engagement strategies for corporate donors to increase giving.

  • Represent the organization at events across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, to cultivate prospective corporate donors.

About You:

  • An Associates Degree is required.

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on corporate giving experience is required.

  • Demonstrate a determined attitude, efficiently diving into tasks to get things done within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in data management, keeping donor records updated and comfortable pulling and analyzing reports.

  • Manage all day-to-day corporate giving operations and communications for the team.

About the Position:

  • $65K-$70K, depending on experience.

  • 2-3 days/week onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.

  • Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.

  • Free on-site parking is provided.

  • Occasional local travel for events will be required.
