Job Summary
Performs daily operations and management of the bill only program. Knowledge of processes and procedures for the delivery and billing of Individual Patient Solution products. Assists both internal and external customers with delivery of IPS products, bill only requests and applying purchase orders. Assist in processing with the Bill Only Department as needed.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Handles data entry of IPS orders.
Handles delivery of IPS products in SAP.
Handles data entry of bill onlys.
Restocks product for bill onlys.
Prepares approved bill onlys for invoicing.
Resolves discrepancies on bill onlys.
Use of SAP for bill only transactions and requirements.
Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives.
Assures Bill Only areas are kept in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year customer service experience.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Use of SAP preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Adhere and support KLS Martins quality and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.

High level of customer service displaying positive attitude.
