The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.




Holman has a great opportunity for six material handlers to join our team at our new location in Loxley, AL!




Hours: 6a-2:30p OR 8:30a-5p




Principal Purpose of Position:


• Pull part purchases from stock and deliver to drivers.
• Stock incoming parts and return parts.
• Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non-controlled).
• Assist and participate in conducting cycle counts.
• Bar-coding on all incoming parts and equipment.
• Fill requisitions out for parts shortages.
• Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
• Responsible for the shipment of parts to customers.
• Gather and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
• Unload delivery trucks.
• Utilize the company designated freight solution to ship all product not delivered on a company truck
• Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
• Other duties as assigned



Education and/or Relevant Experience:



• Must be fork lift certified and able to use a pallet jack.


• Able to lift heavy boxes, up to 50 Ibs.


• Warehouse experience.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $13.54 - $18.28 USD per hour.
