Responsible for ordering material and or equipment for the Maintenance Department. Entering received items into COGZ System.
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.85
Essential Functions:
Maintain Environmental Health & Safety standards in the workplace
Source new material upon request. Once received assign location and attach to appropriate equipment and establish min / max and order quantity per Maintenance Supervisors.
Maintain a proper inventory to avoid shortages
Evaluate mins / order quantity and efficiently process rush purchase orders
Evaluate and process purchase orders for repair vs new items
Generate PM's
Update Flash Report
Assist with yearly inventory count
Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Work in a safe manner at all times
Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations
Assists in the purchasing of all company supplies
Other duties as assigned
Education and Training
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to read & write
• Good computer skills involving Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to work well with others
• Ability to manage time efficiently
