HRIS Analyst - Olathe, KS 


Contribute your knowledge of and experience with all facets of HRIS at DH Pace Company, Inc.  Join our HR Department in Olathe, KS and apply your technical analytics expertise gained from working for mid to large sized companies where you handled a wide range of HR systems and reporting for senior management.


POSITION OVERVIEW:



  • Manage, support and maintain HRIS applications and modules by maintaining internal databases, keeping employee records in digital format and educating users on how to use our HR systems.

  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users and develop new user accounts managing access permissions, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.

  • Process employee data, recordkeeping and audits; various types of leaves, benefits, work status and other changes, i.e., compensation, transfers, etc.

  • Export, compile and/or assist with regular, ad hoc and complex data reports, summaries and logs from internal databases in support of various types of reporting and date processing for senior executives and HR staff.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions and review and testing of program updates and configurations.

  • Program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros and reports.

  • Serve as co-lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.

  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors and technology.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software, to include payroll and applicant tracking systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree and preferably in any of the following majors: Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.

  • Possess a thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.

  • Require familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets company’s needs and goals.

  • Proficiency required with MS Office, to include Excel and Access; ERP and CRM experience desired.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to effectively interface with, and train, system users (employees and managers).

  • A high degree of confidentiality is required, as well as abiding by the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy.
