Contribute your knowledge of and experience in Benefits at DH Pace Company, Inc.  Join our HR Department in Olathe, KS as an experienced Total Rewards/Benefits Strategist with strong background in strategic evaluation and development of Total Rewards Benefits Programs, negotiating rates with brokers and vendors, leading implementations, communication, and coordination efforts for annual open enrollment and execute in partnership with cross functional stakeholders.


POSITION OVERVIEW:



  • Review and assess current total rewards offering, utilize data analytics to determine market competitiveness and provide strategic direction for benefits packages that align with business objectives with an understanding of the financial impact of any recommendations.

  • Conduct regular review of benefits structure, participate in benefits surveys and benchmark total rewards components against market data to ensure attracting and retaining top talent is maintained.

  • Collaborate with EVP of HR and other Executive leaders to implement changes and determine most effective way to thoughtfully communicate changes across the organization.

  • Counsel management and employees on benefits policies, procedures, and programs to address and resolve all types of employee questions and/or concerns while maintaining balance in representing all parties’ interests.


 QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred) coupled with minimum seven (7) years’ experience with total rewards/benefits to include: strategic evaluation and development of Total Rewards Benefits Programs, negotiating rates with brokers/vendors, leading implementations, communication, and coordination efforts for annual open enrollment.

  • Maintain strong/current knowledge of federal laws, i.e., ERISA, ACA, HIPPA, etc. to ensure compliance at all times.

  • Accustomed to working accurately, confidentially, and comfortably with various levels of personnel and HR software systems and spreadsheets to include proficiency with Excel (required).

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good writing skills and communicates clearly and effectively.

  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
