UC Health is hiring a per-diem Student Radiology Technologist for the Computerized Tomography Department at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Student Radiology Technologist will assist the University of Cincinnati Medical Center's Radiology department by performing a variety of duties to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment to ensure an efficient flow of patients through the exam room. All direct patient care will be under the direct supervision of a Licensed Radiology professional.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must be currently enrolled in a radiology technology program

Prepares labels and containers for contrast administration.
Research patient's previous exams and reports and keeps patient's family informed about the status of the examination while also supporting the patient through situations that may induce anxiety.
Perform clerical work such as answering phone calls, processing paperwork, and completing functions in both the QuadRIS and PACS systems related to the study.
Maintains clean and orderly examination rooms by cleaning instruments, observing and enforcing magnetic safety policies, and ensuring instruments used in MRI are non-magnetic.
Job Responsibilities
