Job Description:

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description: The Judge Group is looking for a high-energy Customer Sales Specialist to support the field sales team with preparing reports, sales materials and proposals. You'll be a customer-facing team member that assists clients with their questions and concerns while the sales team is out engaging clients in the field. Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for client questions and requests regarding products, pricing and orders.


• Serve as a partner to the field sales team preparing reports, updating the client database and creating client presentations.


• Serve as an intermediary for communications between clients and sales team members, departmental contacts and external vendors/partners to execute sales-related activities.


• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and reporting for all sales transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or supply chain support experience in food/beverage manufacturing/distribution industry experience


• Strong technical system skills in CRM/ERP types of systems


• Outstanding organizational and communications skills
