Description: The Judge Group is seeking a Digital Platform Engineer for a remote full time opportunity.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes related to digital product development, release management, and ongoing support.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Work closely with QA teams to define and implement testing processes.
Ensure that digital products meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish KPIs to measure the operational performance of digital products.
Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on operational metrics.
Develop and implement an operational strategy that aligns with the goals of the Digital Products Group and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with product managers, development teams, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination throughout the digital product lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Platform Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in infrastructure management, cloud services, and automation scripting
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Hands on experience with Node.JS and Typescript
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of security best practices.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Experience with tools and platforms for project management and collaboration (Jira)
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Travel as needed
