Description: Our client is currently seeking a Workforce Management Senior Consultant ONLY WITHIN CANADA.
MUST have WFM CERTIFICATION
This project potentially will start Mid summer.
You who will be responsible for helping clients solve problems by applying the knowledge gained from a wealth of global experience.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel
- Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements
- Lead client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions
- Oversee and assist a team with configuration Workforce Software or UKG (Kronos) to client specifications
- Identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions
- Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements
- Participate in client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions
- Configure Workforce Software to client specifications
Qualifications & Requirements: - 2-5 years of relevant WFM work experience with Workforce Software or UKG (Kronos) and current certifications.
- Experienced in staff scheduling and timekeeping.
- Experienced in payroll is an asset.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
- Occasional canadian travel required
