Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Lewisburg, PA area! The candidate will be responsible to supervise and direct financial function at the distribution center.
Responsibilities:
Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and reporting numbers
Prepare and submit period end journal entries
Prepare account reconciliations, review end financial statements and research variants
Produce financial models and forecasts
Manage budget and system software
Assist in budgeting, financial analysis and cost control for the distribution center
Communicate with the controller about site operations and other problems
Ensure all documents and reports comply with local, state, and federal operations
Supervise direct reports, provide performance reviews, and provide feedback
Maintain flexible working schedule
Requirements:
2+ years' financial experience
Bachelor's degree required, Accounting or Finance degree
Ability to perform statistical data analysis and analytical review
Independently use analytical judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel independently (10%)
