The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the sales department with maintaining and developing positive customer relationships. This is a full-time non-exempt position, reporting Monday Friday on-site in Winters, CA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees online administration by being responsible for entering sales orders, product requests, status tracking, preparation of labels, and warehouse notification Oversees customer administration, by performing duties associated with Sales Order Entry. Confirms pricing, product availability, and specifications, updates orders-item comments, and changes in the system. Coordinates communications between customers, sales, production, quality control, and shipping by calling, emailing, and faxing to customers and brokers. Provides assistance in logistics of orders, informs customers, brokers, and internal contacts with any changes or problems Demonstrates thorough understanding of providing excellent customer relations Prepares daily, weekly, and or monthly reports for specific customers Ensures clear and timely communications within the department and other departments to maximize quality, and productivity and minimize downtime Keeps management abreast of significant issues or developments identified during routine activities and actions being taken to improve the situation Handles customer complaints for domestic orders as received via the company website, phone, and from letters mailed to the Dutton facility Responds to and sends out replacement products to customers when applicable Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

AA/Bachelors degree or 2+ years customer service experience Must have a valid drivers license
