About this role:
The Management Analyst, SME will conduct organizational studies, evaluations, design systems, procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, prepare operations and procedure manuals to assign management in operating more effectively and efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide expertise in analysis.
Apply best practices to produce high quality deliverables related to software development, Network/Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, and Technology Support.
Provides knowledge sharing and mentoring to staff and performs quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures to ensure accuracy and quality of approach.
