DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
Assisting with the Financial Integration of the Acquisitions
Chart of Account mapping of newly acquired businesses
Implementing Shared Services for subsidiaries
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and assisting with monthly close processes
Performing & automating monthly balance sheet & bank account reconciliations
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
Ensuring compliance with GAAP
Assisting the controller and CFO as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years of accounting experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical skills & ability to work with large data sets
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
ERP system experience (NAV, Chempax, or similar systems) preferred
Prior experience with BI/Analytics tools helpful but not required (e.g. Alteryx, DataIku, Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
EDUCATION REQUREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
