Workday Techno functional Consultant


Mandatory experience: Hands-on experience on Payroll Module of Workday- with expertise on US Payroll configuration- pls give a 2-3 lines write up on the US payroll implementation and configuration experience of the candidate while submitting. Profiles without this experience will not be considered.

Job Description:

  • Must have thorough knowledge on US / Canada Workday payroll processes (Earnings, deductions, taxations, job codes, payroll calculations , end to end payroll business processes , payroll interfaces ).
  • Must have good hands-on knowledge on Workday Payroll, Time and other HCM Module.
  • Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
  • Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Payroll and time.
  • Must have good knowledge and experience of 7+ years in Workday modules - including Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Talent,.
  • Flexible in working for different workday Modules.
  • Flexible in terms of working in different time Zones within USA.
  • Must be good at Client interactions and Communications.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the SLA.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Workday Payroll certifications preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range*: $60-$65 on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
