Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the distribution of RFP information, the creation and tracking of project notifications, and the schedule of strategy meetings.
A review of HVAC equipment plans is necessary.
Providing general support to business development teams as they prepare RFP documents, etc.
Input specifications, blueprints, and RFIs as a basis for preparing commercial bids.
Make sure sufficient subcontractor coverage is provided through RFIs and clarifications.
In order to submit estimates for insurance approval and customer approval, you will need to gather measurements, photos, and documentation.
Addenda to projects and changes to engineering designs should be maintained electronically.
Must haves:
Sage, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree
3 years of professional work experience as an Estimator/Project Coordinator
HVAC industry experience
