Create parts orders for internal technicians and external customers.
Offer technical support for parts research and cross-referencing.
Provide timely updates on orders to customers and internal technicians.
Document all support provided within software systems.
Maintain records of customer transactions and details.
Handle complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances.
Review customer account information and make necessary changes.
Educate clients about the company's parts offerings and provide accurate order estimates.
Interact with customers to address questions, concerns, and provide documented responses.
Handle incoming calls and email inquiries according to company policy.
Foster positive relationships with parts providers and clients.
Ensure customers receive necessary contact and follow-up information for their parts requests.
Assess customer needs, document issues, and resolve or escalate as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer relations, or related roles.
Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and listening abilities.
Ability to understand technical drawings and reference materials.
Patient demeanor with the ability to resolve conflicts.
Proficiency in computer applications and industry-specific software.
