Job Description:

We are seeking a Deposit Products Business Manager for the Member Services and Deposits Department.


This role comprises business functions associated with the deposit products required to ensure Credit Human has a competitive differentiation through measurably improved service quality, processes, costs, and revenue and member satisfaction; and to focus on implementing change.  The Deposit Products Business Manager plays a key role in implementing the direct deposit business strategy and in designing new processes to eliminate unnecessary/legacy products, launch new products and services, and implement new business models. 


The organizational functional aspects of the Deposit Products Business Manager’s span of control and authority involve operationalizing (putting into operation) product line strategic priorities, streamlining current product offering(s), launching new products, managing the business operations, planning and sponsoring products projects, maintaining and developing the system as a whole; bearing in mind new trends, changing patterns and both possibilities and constraints presented by available resources.

  • Ensure that the current business continues to run effectively and efficiently while designing, developing, and implementing new systems, processes, products, and services for new business initiatives and future innovations

  • Manage continuity and change, including devising new means to achieve new ends, and letting go of practices that no longer serve the organization

  • Analyze and define the market for product growth within market segments

  • Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory required remediation, enterprise risk assessment remediation recommendations, and business continuity planning


Experience:


    Required



  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry

  • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in a leadership position

  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans and collaborating with business partners to align processes and work with the strategic plan


    Preferred



  • 5+ years of deposit product assessment, development, and management experience

  • Experience developing departmental annual budgets and dashboards to measure operational productivity


Education:


    Required



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study OR equivalent relevant work experience and knowledge




      Skills & Knowledge:


          Required



      • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and visual

      • Aptitude for learning and embracing new technology

      • Ability to communicate and create trust with team members and all divisions of the organization

      • Thorough knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures

      • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

      • Relates well to all kinds of people and can build constructive and effective relationships


       



        Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm


        Level of Work: 3B


        Minimum Starting Salary: $111,683.00
